Anna Campbell Selected for USEF Youth Sportsman Award

Region 9’s Anna Campbell was recently selected as USDF’s national nominee for the USEF Youth Sportsman’s Award. The goal of this award is to identify future leaders in the equine industry and to recognize youth for their achievements. Candidates should demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the sport, serve as a positive role model for their peers, be involved in community activities, and exhibit characteristics that exemplify positive sportsmanship principles. Anna has served as the Houston Dressage Society youth board president for three years, is an active volunteer in equestrian and community activities, and has represented Region 9 at three NAJYRC competitions and three USEF Festival of Champions. We wish her the best of luck as she competes with candidates from the other National Affiliates for the USEF Youth Sportsman’s Award.
