Congratulations to Barbara Richardson-Lewis, being awarded the 2025 Region 9 Horse Person of the Year.
Barbara has been a USDF member since 1989. She served 12 years on the Dallas Dressage Club board. And has served on both the Region 9 board and several USDF National Committees. She became a USDF L Grad in the late 90’s. Has been a GMO delegate and PM delegate for many years. And is a PM Delegate this year.
Barbara is hard working, dedicated, and willingly volunteering where and when needed. Thanks Barbara for your continued support.
