You may order the 2008 Omnibus by using the Omnibus order form.
Because of increased printing and postage costs, changes are coming for the 2008 Omnibus. Details are available on the Omnibus changes report. Please help out by soliciting an ad or listing, using the Omnibus ad form. For more information, consult the frequently asked questions document.

We're now using the generic form from USDF/USEF:
Generic Entry Form
Stabling form
The official stabling form is on the bottom of the official entry form. This separate form is included as a courtesy for show managers who also want competitors to fill out a separate form to give to their stabiling organizers.
The Web manager does not have the entry forms as MS Word documents.
